light

"light" was the most riveting, uninhibited show of the year. A divinely simple hour of childlike episodes- dancers swooping about on bicycles, swinging meditatively on ropes, hopping like mad pogos- it was both ebullient and ethereal."

"It's worth noting that Livieratos has created a deeply textured dance of many moods with fairly primitive tools: a spotlight in the corner that dancers click on and off themselves, a string of Christmas lights boxing in the performance area and store-bought silver costumes. Yet, far from feeling shabby, "light" is polished and poised, driven, as it should be, by refreshing choreography, an uplifting concept, creative use of limited space and intensely talented dancers." -Elizabeth Lenhard, Atlanta Journal-Constitution
